1. Payment ke tarike / Payment methods

हिंदी: Booking karte samay aap 2 tareekon mein se ek chun sakte hain:

• ऑफलाइन (सेंटर पर): Doctor/hospital/lab par pahunchkar cash, card ya UPI se pay karein.
• ऑनलाइन (पहले से): Humare UPI ID medicaljourney@upi par pay karke screenshot WhatsApp par bhej dein — team confirm kar degi.

English: While booking, you can choose one of 2 options:

• Offline (at the center): Pay by cash, card or UPI when you reach the doctor/hospital/lab.
• Online (in advance): Pay to our UPI ID medicaljourney@upi and send the screenshot on WhatsApp — our team will confirm it.

2. Payment confirmation

Online payment ke baad, hum aapko WhatsApp/call par confirm karenge aur aapki booking mein "Paid" status update ho jayega. Aap apni booking ka payment status Track page par bhi dekh sakte hain.

After online payment, we will confirm it via WhatsApp/call and your booking's payment status will be updated to "Paid". You can also see your booking's payment status on the Track page.

3. Refunds

Agar appointment/lab test cancel hoti hai ya provider seva nahi de paata, to refund seedhe provider/hospital ki policy ke hisaab se hoga. Kisi bhi refund query ke liye humein +916396968621 par call karein, hum madad karenge.

If an appointment/lab test is cancelled or a provider cannot deliver the service, refunds follow that provider/hospital's own policy. For any refund query, call us at +916396968621 and we will help.

4. Security

Hum kabhi bhi aapse card number, CVV ya OTP nahi maangte. Sirf UPI ID par payment bhejein aur screenshot share karein.

We never ask for your card number, CVV, or OTP. Only send payment to the UPI ID and share the screenshot.
